This is an autumn-themed floss tag with a squirrel from the large Quaker freebie "Six Mains," by A Mon Ami Pierre. It's stitched with DMC on 28-ct. white cotton Monaco and finished with a glass bead edging.

I've been driven to stitch for Halloween this year and here are my Halloween seasonal finishes for 2008. Hopefully I'll have lots more next year!

"Batty Jack"
by Just Nan (JCS Halloween Ornament issue)
32# Vintage Belfast linen
DMC threads

"Poor Jack"
by Just Nan (freebie - no longer available online)
32# Vintage Belfast linen
DMC threads

"Smell my Feet"
by La-D-Da (JCS Halloween Ornament issue)
32# Dirty Belfast linen
DMC threads
(finished as a wall hanging - there is a wire cat hanger at the top, not a good photo!)
